
PSA Executive vice president for Automobiles Citroën
Gilles Michel is Executive vice president for Automobiles Citroën and member of the PSA Peugeot Citroën managing board since February 2007, after having been in charge of Platforms, Technical Affairs and Purchasing for the group during 5 years.
Gilles Michel has started his career as Assistant Professor at ENSAE (economics and statistics) and an industrial Economist at the World Bank (USA). He join the Saint-Gobain group in 1986, where he has been successively responsible for control and strategic planning of the industrial ceramic division, general manager of SEPR in France, vice president of Fused Cas ceramics, chairman and CEO of Ball foster Glass (USA) and president of the ceramics and plastics division.
Gilles Michel graduated from French Ecole Polytechnique, from Sciences Po and ENSAE (economics and statistics).
