The short film Cars and cities
A short film opened the debate with a cast of Parisians, drivers or not. Pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists alike gave their comments ranging from defeatist to optimistic, mirroring the universal concerns of greenhouse gases, traffic flows, noise pollution and safety…against a backdrop of soaring petrol costs.
